I had a wonderful stay with great food, friendly staff, and fantastic hotel facilities. The hotel was very close to the beach and in the city center, which made the transportation easy. I also enjoyed the free drinks at meals, and the activities available for kids were abundant.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

Just as expected. Economic, well placed. The hotel is an nice old building which may have had better times. Room clean. We were travelling from Dubrovnik to Venice, so it was perfect for stop one night.

Restaurant is a buffet. The feeling is that you are again in those summer camps... Rooms are quite old furnished

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the sea and just in the center of everything. It was so convenient to have the beach right at my doorstep, allowing me to easily enjoy the sun and sand whenever I wanted. The staff here were extremely attentive and professional, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious balcony where I could relax and take in the beautiful views. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, from room service to a spa and wellness center, providing me with enhanced comfort and relaxation throughout my stay.

Due to our ferry being caught in a severe storm we arrived late and were told the restaurant was closed we asked if we could get a snadwich or any refreshments anywhere else and were told a straight no. We went into the reception area and had a cold drink as it was by now 10pm we were very tired we then went to our rooms when I opened the door I could not believe what I saw it was a suite with living room kitchen 2 bathrooms and a bedroom you might think amazing. Not at all I have never seen as many stains on one carpet it was filthy I went to see my friend in the room next door and she was in tears she'd moved a woolly blanket of the bed and there were bugs on the sheets she went down to reception to complain only to be told it was because it was the old part of the hotel we asked if they had rooms in the new part to be told no we asked for bottles of water they didnt have any all four of us ended up sitiing up all night not even undressing we went down at 7 in the morning to check out even though we had booked for 2 nights. The receptionist said we could now move to the new part of the hotel as she had now found 2 rooms there we refused them . I travel abroad around 4 to 5 times a year and I have never before seen a place as tired and dirty as this it was beyond belief

The best things is the proximity to the beach. But the city has little things to see. A good stop between National Park Plitivce to Krk / Opatija

Located by the beautiful sea, this hotel offers the perfect location for a memorable vacation. You can easily access the beach bars right next to the beach or take a quick walk to the city center. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms and comfy beds. the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the leisure facilities, including the gaming room and pool areas, are fantastic.

Although it would be great to have more free parking spots.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas holiday. Being close to the beach and the centre made our stay convenient. the food was delicious and well-adapted to suit everyone's taste. the staff were friendly and happy to answer all our questions.

The room could have been cleaner. the carpet obviously hadn't been vacuumed and there was some dust.

Location & price. We were just looking for a clean cheap place to spend the night.

It was very warm (approx 34c) and the lack of air conditioning, ceiling fan(s) or even a stand or desk fan, made it uncomfortable -- that was the reason for the "poor" rating under "cpmfort". Granted, a/c wasn't advertised, but no fans at all in a Mediterranean climate??, Also. Although the staff were responsive to our request, they couldn't provide an electrical extension cord.

Great location, just steps away from the sea and close to the city center. Facilities for kids are amazing with pools, playgrounds and play areas, perfect for a family holiday. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs, there was always someone available to help.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms could be improved. The rooms were a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
